Se declaró la nulidad de todo lo actuado en la tutela interpuesta por el ciudadano de la referencia contra la Universidad del Valle, a partir del auto proferido por el Juzgado Tercero de Familia de Cali, toda vez que se aplicó lo dispuesto en el Art. 1 del Decreto 1382 de 2000, norma manifiestamente contraria a la Carta Política.
En consecuencia, se ordenó remitir el expediente al citado para que realice el trámite que corresponda conforme a la ley.
